Great class that’s as engaging as it is educational. You get a sweat on whilst building up to trying out the movements that everyone shies away from in the gym, like push ups or pistol squats. Plus there’s tons of modifications to accommodate any level. The only thing to watch out for is the teacher is a baddie with a blowout and that’s quite distracting

Wow! Another well constructed class with a great balance of work. Particularly liked the ‘diagnostic’ pistol squat session to find out where the work is needed! Great energising class

This was the best workout class I have ever done in my entire life! 10/10 recommend to anyone of any level 🙏🏼
